He went above and beyond in cleaning the problem areas many times until the roof looks as clean as ever. He applied the same care for our exteriors including walls, deck, fence, and concrete surfaces, and he assured us that he would come back to clean up any spots that may have been missed, with no hesitation (although we didn't need to!).
